Esther Winn Burley, a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, received her BFA in Performing Arts in 2002. She is a choreographer, dancer and teacher. In her 10 years of teaching experience, she has taught for private studios, public schools, Federally funded programs, Louisiana state grant programs and University sponsored programs. She began using the Leap ’N Learn Syllabus in 2004 and credits it with revolutionizing her teaching methods. Esther began working for Leap ’N Learn in 2006.
